Clear & Brilliant™ utilizes Non-Ablative Fractional Technology to safely improve the appearance of scars, pores, fine lines, uneven texture, pigmentation, and tone. This triggers the natural production of collagen and elastin, which are key building blocks of healthy, youthful skin.
There are two types of Clear & Brilliant™ treatments available: Original & Permea. The original targets fine lines and texture. The permea is a more superficial treatment targeting pigmentation, tone, and creates increased skin permeability.
Clear & Brilliant™ uses fractional laser technology to safely deliver heat into the skin’s dermis. The laser energy is broken into tiny beams to treat a fraction of the skin while leaving the rest intact.
Micro-dermal wounds are created, which the body then heals. Since the wounds are microscopic, the treatment is much more comfortable than traditional ablative lasers, while still producing incredibly visible results.
This process repairs existing skin damage while stimulating collagen production. Clear & Brilliant™ is often referred to as a ‘mini’ or ‘baby’ fraxel.
Clear & Brilliant™ Can Improve & Reduce The Appearance Of:
Laser Resurfacing improves skin elasticity and promotes collagen production. The treatments are cumulative, and we typically recommend a series of three treatments for best results. You’ll notice some results after your first treatment and results will continue to improve for 2-3 months following your last treatment.

Compared to traditional CO2 Lasers, Clear & Brilliant™ treatments deliver excellent results with significantly less pain and downtime. Also, unlike lasers, which only work for fair complexions, Clear & Brilliant™ is safe for all skin tones.
There may be some mild discomfort during the treatment, but it won’t be painful. You’ll feel heat, similar to the feeling of a sunburn.
We do our best throughout the treatment to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible and apply a topical numbing cream to reduce any discomfort.
The best part of a Clear & Brilliant™ treatment is the minimal downtime – 2-4 days depending on the type of settings used (downtime for lasers can last 10 days or more).
Your skin will be red and sensitive for the first 24 hours, and you may experience light to moderate flaking for 2-4 days.
We recommend refraining from hot tubs, saunas, rigorous exercise, and applying makeup and/or certain skin care products for the first 24-48 hours. Post Treatment Care will be discussed at the time of your appointment.
